As the co-founder and technical leader of ARKA Pesada, I played a crucial role in shaping the vision and development of the company. ARKA Pesada is a Colombian company focused on creating advanced information systems for the heavy machinery industry, covering planning, analysis, design, programming, and software testing. My primary responsibility was to drive the technical and engineering efforts, ensuring that the platform integrated cutting-edge solutions for process optimization and improved functionality.

In my role, I led the development of prototypes that utilize artificial intelligence, programming, and mathematical modeling to enhance inventory management and resource distribution. By implementing AI-driven algorithms for demand forecasting and automation, I ensured that ARKA's systems operated with high efficiency and adaptability. My focus was on creating robust mathematical models that could support seamless and scalable solutions within the platform.

As the head of technical and engineering operations, I worked closely with a multidisciplinary team to integrate these advanced technologies into the ARKA Pesada platform. My goal was to deliver solutions that were not only innovative but also user-friendly, facilitating their adoption and maximizing their impact. This collaborative approach allowed us to achieve seamless implementation of AI-driven features, improving the platform's performance and user experience.
